CFC Pledge Card

Instructions for using the online pledge card:

  •  Fill in each of the 3 pledge card copies. You may only select from the charities listed in the CFC charity list.

  •  Give the first two pledge cards (marked for Payroll and Central Receipt Point) to your Keyworker or CFC Campaign Coordinator. Keep the third copy for your records.

Note: If your annual donation totals $250 or more, you are eligible to receive special recognition. Scroll down for more information about award categories and Golden Eagle recognition.

What is the CFC?
The CFC is the only authorized solicitation of employees in the federal workplace on behalf of charitable organizations.

Why have a CFC?
The annual fundraising campaign helps to support a variety of health, human, and other services provided by more than 1,600 charitable agencies. Golden Eagle Authorization Form

Golden Eagles are donors who give more than $1,000 to the CFC. Golden Eagles receive special recognition for their generous giving. Download and fill out the Golden Eagle Authorization form to receive your recognition.
